At UNO, each order is prepared and shipped with care and attention to detail. We currently offer both domestic and international shipping, ensuring reliable delivery wherever you are.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Carrier: FedEx, USPS
Processing time: 2–4 business days
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Express options available at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping
UNO ships worldwide via FedEx International.
Before placing an international order, please carefully review the following information:
Duties and Taxes
Prices shown do not include duties, taxes, or import fees.
All international orders may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Customs Information
By law, we must declare the full value of the shipment and mark it as merchandise.
We cannot alter this value or mark items as gifts.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information on taxes and fees before placing your order.
Delays
Customs inspections may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
UNO is not responsible for additional costs or delays caused by customs procedures.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
UNO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not delivered once scanned by FedEx.
However, if you experience an issue, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Note for Our International Customers
We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country’s import policies and budgeting accordingly to avoid surprises.
UNO cannot refund shipping costs or cover additional customs-related expenses once the package has left our studio.

Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of full-price items within the U.S. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

In original condition with all tags attached
Please note:
All sale items, custom pieces, and international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
UNO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our quality standards. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and a return shipping fee will apply.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@unoapieceofyou.com. Your request will be reviewed within 48 business hours.
If approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx return label via email.
A return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
