4. Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our [Size Guide]. You can also use the model’s height and size listed on each product page as a reference.
What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit—especially for resort wear pieces, which are designed to move with you.
5. Product & Care
How should I care for my UNO garments?
Due to the artisanal and delicate nature of many pieces, we recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning. Each product page includes specific care instructions.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of our garments and accessories feature handwoven or embroidered details by skilled artisans and are produced in limited quantities.
6. Product Availability
Will sold-out items be restocked?
UNO collections are released in limited runs. Once an item is sold out, it’s unlikely to return.
We recommend subscribing to our newsletter for early access.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Occasionally. If an item is available for pre-order, it will be clearly noted on the product page along with the estimated shipping date.
